By accessing or using the Fanzy AI website and platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (these "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2.License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service, solely for your personal or internal business use as a creator or user, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or make the Service available through unauthorized means
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Service

3.User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4.Content & Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content, including AI personas, images, videos, messages, and other materials that you create, upload, generate, or share through the Service. You agree not to:

• Infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights of any third party
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Upload or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy
• Violate our Content Creation Policy or any applicable policies posted within the Service

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or our policies, at our sole discretion.

5.Privacy & Data Use

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information about you. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and use.

7.Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Certain features of the Service may require payment, including subscriptions, pay-per-view content, digital content, virtual credits, tips, private messaging services, and other paid features.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize Fanzy AI and its third-party payment service providers to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@ifanzy.com.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel the subscription before the applicable renewal date.

Payments, subscription cancellations, partial refunds, and refund requests are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Due to the immediate delivery and digital nature of the Service, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the relevant digital content, subscription benefits, virtual credits, private messages, pay-per-view content, or other paid services have been delivered, accessed, unlocked, viewed, credited, sent, or used, except where otherwise stated in our Refund and Cancellation Policy or required by applicable law.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party payment platform may also be subject to that platform's payment, cancellation, and refund rules.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
