As a private-domain tool enabling creators to interact with their fans, Fanzy AI encourages the creation of original personas, media, and communication content while respecting the intellectual property rights and privacy rights of others.

2.User Responsibility

2.1. Originality

Creators must ensure that any AI personas, profile information, images, videos, or other materials generated or uploaded through Fanzy AI are original or lawfully created. Content should not plagiarize, imitate, or replicate copyrighted characters, public figures, or third-party intellectual property without permission.

2.2. Intellectual Property Respect

If a creator incorporates or references elements from copyrighted works, well-known media, or identifiable third-party assets, the creator must hold the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions required for such use.

2.3. Accountability for Content

Creators assume full responsibility for the personas, media, and communication content they generate or upload on Fanzy AI. While Fanzy AI supports creativity and expression, any form of intellectual property infringement, misappropriation, or unauthorized use of others' likeness or creative assets is strictly prohibited.

3.Prohibited Content

To protect creators, fans, and rights holders, the following types of content are not allowed on Fanzy AI:

• Unauthorized use of copyrighted characters, artwork, images, or media.
• Use of another person's likeness, portrait, or voice without permission (including AI-generated or synthetic content).
• Uploading or generating content that impersonates another real individual.

4.Complaint and Takedown Mechanism

Since Fanzy AI is a private-domain platform without public content discovery, complaints may be submitted by:

• The creator involved

• Individuals whose likeness or content may have been misused

5.Platform Rights & Sole Discretion

Fanzy AI maintains the sole discretion to review, restrict, or remove any persona or content that:

• Violates this policy
• Appears to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Poses legal or safety risks
• Is otherwise deemed inappropriate for Fanzy AI's platform and services

Fanzy AI may act even without a formal complaint if potential violations are detected.
